Mary Brown's Chicken - Keswick

Had a big order I wanted to call ahead and order, so it would be ready for when I got there to pick it up. Called a grand total of 7 times with 5-7mins in between. Only to have someone pick up and hang up on me 3 times and the rest of my calls go unanswered. Called the one in Newmarket. They picked up, on the first call. Farther then I wanted to drive for fried chicken but they obviously wanted my money and my business.

A bit on the pricier side imo but juicy chicken, not overcooked and not over breaded which did make me feel like it's maybe a little healthier than some others

I have ordered the same meal every time I have gone here. (Big Mary Combo) Tonight it tasted so expired, I couldn 't even swallow a single bite, and your chef tried to argue with the lady that went to get her refund. Making comments under his breath and telling her to tell me that if I didn 't like that sandwich, I shouldn 't order it, I get that exact meal on a regular basis.... but don 't worry Mr. Chef I won 't be coming back. Treating any customer like that is absolutely disgusting and this gentlemen should be reprimanded, if not fired. Response from the owner is a joke! Completely disregarded what I was talking about and leaves a positive response that only comes across as condescending.

Shop setup according to distancing requirement. Food was good, not as salty. Ordered the Mary Sandwich and wrap. Taters was their standard offer for sides but you can change it to French fries or salad (cold sales or macaroni). Staff was friendly

Last night's dinner was not what I expected from Mary Browns. It was very disappointing. It was better the first time. I don't know what happened but will think twice before going back. The meal was sub par from the moment I opened the bag and the wedges and Big Mary literally fell out.
