What Raimond Tomberg doesn't like about O'sushi:
Service has gotten worse compared to a year ago. The day before yesterday 10.10 23 /16:45 the phone was disconnected, in the office they don’t sell anything on site, now the person refused to accept the order and take the money, even if you really wanted to, you won’t be able to pay and order. People are not at all interested in a big box office. (I had to go to competitors and order for 30 euros). Service: Take out View all feedback.

I ordered take-out sushi for 12/15/2023 at 20:00 set Bomb , paid for delivery to the apartment, it was delivered on time, we had to go to the Yandex taxi ourselves??? Why??? We are pensioners. We brought dried hard sushi, cold pizza and upside down sushi, why such a tasteless Advertising, who gave you the right to mock Customers??? Not enough couriers??? Why do you charge for delivery??? You are bad “overdry sushi”..... Food: 1

I found out about them more than 5 years ago and am very pleased. I tried sushi in many places and ordered sets from different restaurants. The price-quality ratio at O’sushi is, in my opinion, the best. I mainly order through Bolt and Wolt, but you can also order from them through their website, by the way, the prices there are a little lower. The sushi always arrives fresh and very tasty. A very large selection of different kits and sets, very cool! The size is large that sometimes you even have to eat with a spoon, but for me this is not a minus, but rather a plus. The staff is also very nice and helpful, they even give you gifts. I am very glad that I became their regular customer.
Let me start by saying that I have ordered through Minuvalik about 10 times over the past few years. They stopped adding ginger, wasabi and soy sauce, although information about this was not added to the advertisements. So, now I’ll analyze the rolls. Pros: The rolls are large and twisted acceptable. Minuses: There is a lot of rice. The ingredients are chopped coarsely. Heavily covered in sauce. unagi. (hope it gets used) 3/4 rolls with salad, but there is a micro plus it will give crunch instead of tempura, as tempura becomes a bun after 15 minutes. A roll with shrimp in tempura is initially a loser, as cheese, salad and rice will add moisture to the breading of the shrimp and the essence is lost. What about rolls: The chicken roll is not bad, but the taste of boiled chicken is very strong. If marinated in Japanese spices or soy sauce, it might help. But a second fiasco awaits us there cheese, which has a rubber consistency... The salmon roll is not bad, if you don’t consider its visual component. The fish even tastes fresh. Tempura with crab is the only roll that tastes decent. Although I'm not a fan of surimi. Strange situation: When they said on the spot that ginger, soy sauce and wasabi were separate, I asked to put it in, to which I received an answer of 0.30 € cents each. At the checkout they said 0.60€, but wrote off 1.50€. This is not critical, but somehow petty, especially when the co owner cooks. Result: 2/5. Because now it’s very meager, boring and mediocre. To quote the classics, “It was better before.” I hope it gets better and I'll change my rating.
