The place was not really to my expectations but it's a good place for boat riding,fun fishing and yeah the fish sold around here is your favourite I promise...I feel like it would be a better or more appealing site of attraction if there were better sites of view around the lake shore such as kids fun spots or other beauty sceneries..but it's a good place to be . The place didn't quite meet my expectations, but it's great for boat rides and fun fishing. I assure you, the fish sold here is fantastic! I think it could be a more appealing attraction if there were better viewing spots around the lake shore, like play areas for kids or other beautiful scenery. Overall, it's a nice place to visit.
In terms of prices, fish is moderately expensive compared to Kamere, with various sizes available. A motorboat ride will cost you Ksh 200 per person. I also noticed that the water hyacinth has greatly reduced both the beauty of the lake and its water quality. This issue needs immediate attention to prevent negative economic and ecological consequences.
The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and I feel fortunate to witness the seasonal rivers overflowing their banks.
Warm atmosphere... tasty and fresh fish...pricey boat rides.. between 600-2k. Depends on your bargaining power and the number of people.serene crescent island
