I had terrible service for the second day in a row at this restaurant, and once again, there was no bread available. They lost out on $30 from my two visits, and I won’t be returning. I’ll be choosing Subway from now on. Waiting half an hour for bread at 1 PM should never happen at a Mr. Sub. I even saw two other customers after me experience the same issue and leave in frustration.
I enjoy having Mr Sub. I love that this location will carry plant based products. Thank you! I really appreciate that.
The meatball sub was disappointing. There was hardly any marinara sauce, and the bread was unappetizing and doughy. It doesn't compare at all to Subway's meatball sub. The service was slow and frustrating. I won't be returning!
I Ordered 2 chicken wraps and a steak and cheese sub for my kids. after one bite they spit it out and gagged.Bread tasted doughy, the sauces tasted off and the meat was gross.We won 't be going back!
The MR. Sub in Kerrobert might want to consider a new name: "If You Don't Get Your Subs in 30 Minutes or Less, Your Meal is Free." It took us nearly 30 minutes to have just three subs prepared. The service was poor; the employee taking our order was listening to music and could barely hear us when she came to ask questions. She was slow and seemed to take her time preparing the subs. When I finally unwrapped my sub, all the toppings had fallen out. This was my first and definitely last visit to this place.
