The service is simply cata... read more We were eating on Sunday as a family with our child (7) and Grandma and Grandpa in Bellissimo. Unfortunately the first and last time. The service is simply catastrophic and undamaged. The waiter was unfriendly, had little competence and was even undamaged to insulting. We wanted to order a smaller pizza for the grandma and the child, which was simply impossible. We had ordered a Krombacher Pils on recommendation, but there was a Bitburger and the cellar did not know about the wines. He just brought some white wine. The pizzas and salads, however, were tastefully quite ok. Unfortunately, it's not enough to go to dinner again.

Examples: Order in the middle of it stopped, waiters had to clean plates somewhere else. Order was then carried out by a waitress, after which the waiter came and claimed that we had made a wrong order, had to control his colleague. 2. Waiter asks, tastes? and goes away immediately before you can give an answer... Comments on (empty) Remove Plate: It was too little for you, huh? When did you notice that the dessert doesn't taste? They have eaten enough of it. Food medium, italian can eat much better elsewhere. Too bad it could have been so nice.

Modern, attract... read more Surprisingly creative cuisine (for us Cologne locals) and excellent service, which even made special requests possible that weren't on the menu. Modern, attractive decor in a spacious room, and you don't feel cramped like in many modern restaurants. Very clean restrooms. Outdoor seating is available in the summer. We'd gladly return.
