I didn't eat inside because they changed the name, but we ordered several foods togo. I had several sandwiches and they were all very good. My wife ordered the salads or pasta and was also happy with them. We also enjoy their wings. I wish they still had an Italian sub on their menu. I would recommend for good food with fast service. First of all, we have been going here for years. Typically it’s a wait, but worth it. However, today was a less than pleasant experience. After being seated it took longer than a little while. I got irritated and asked if we had a waitress? When the waitress was told she came over and needless to say was less than pleasant. We ordered an appetizer and revived no plates to eat it on. The waitress was miffed at us, and... View all feedback.
Salad bar is 5 star. Pizza was the worst I've had in a long time. The waitress said they had changed the pizza dough and the cheese recently. Me and my wife ate a total of 2 pieces of a large and told the waitress we didn't want it to go because it was terrible. She didn't even offer to take anything off the bill.
My wife and I have made coming here a regularly for some time now and have really enjoyed it overall, but if this would have been our first visit, it would have been our last and still may be. We arrived around 7:30 and didn’t seem to be busy considering it was Memorial Day. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Wrap like I normally do because they have always been very good, but not so much this time. The chicken was barely warm and everything else was cold inside. Supposed to be a hot wrap with the cheese melted, but the total opposite this time. My wife always gets the salad bar added with her meal her favorite . This time there was multiple items completely empty on the bar and was very dirty and messy. There was plenty of staff there working also and was walking by it quite often, but not one that seemed to look or even care about refilling the empty items or at least cleaning it and there was still over two hours left before closing. Lastly was the noise level. Not from the customers there, but from the staff themselves behind the salad bar area, I guess the service area, where the servers all gather. Very and extremely loud. Yelling, laughing, clapping. I’m guessing mostly young kids working that night with no kind of management on duty to keep them focused on what they were there for and the customer is who suffers for the lack of management and lack of responsibility and caring of workers, in any field. Needless to say, I don’t think that this place will be on our list of options to choose from when we go out to eat next time.
Atmosphere I'll start here. This place has a hole in the wall vibe. It's clean, but nothing fancy. A good after work with the boys type of spot. Sports on the TV give almost a sports bar atmosphere with just enough of the mom pop to still make it viable to bring the family to. Important note The parking is always full and tight. If you drive a large vehicle, be careful. There's also no waiting area, and usually a 15 30 minute wait that will be spent outside the building or in your vehicle. Service It's not bad. It's friendly and they take care of you, BUT keep in mind this is a busy place. They will probably be a bit less attentive than a fancy spot. Food The food is usually pretty good. It may not always be what you expect. For example, the honey chipotle nachos came with barbecue sauce poured on the chips. It was good, but I would have assumed that would be on the chicken and not on all of it. Overall, I'd give it a 4 out of 5 and a usually reliable place to have a good experience!
This is a great restaurant. Steak was juicy. Had great beer selection. Multiple sides available. Would definitely go back.
Food was good. Quantity was more than adequate. The 66 briquet Philly was good. The beef was excellent but the sauce they put on it is too spicy for me. The next time I will ask them to leave it completely off. It actually overpowered the taste of the caramelized onions.
