Incredibly kind manager and staff. We camped out here two days before Christmas after having wheel problems 800 miles into a 900 mile drive from Chicago to Raleigh. What jeremy doesn't like about Panera Bread:
It took about 12 minutes to take our order and the employees were not the friendliest. Please do better. Also, $1.50 for cream cheese is a little excessive.Wheelchair accessibility: None View all feedback.
Of all the Panera Bread stores, I stopped by in the Triad. This one is my least favorite. The place seems run-down, the fireplace was never lit throughout the winter, but worst of all, most afternoons, the coffee is cold.
Incredibly kind manager and staff. We camped out here two days before Christmas after having wheel problems 800 miles into a 900 mile drive from Chicago to Raleigh. Car was being fixed down the road, staff was super friendly and reassuring and I think the manager actually hugged my wife who was thinking she was about to miss Christmas with her family. We got back on the road and actually was kind of a positive experience because everyone we met in this town was so darn nice. Good job Kernersville.
Very friendly and helpful staff despite me coming in just 18 minutes before closing for a charged lemonade. They were so kind and helpful. Will definitely visit again!
Got just a smoothie supposed to be ready in 10 min. Here I am 30 minutes later. There is like 4 customer including myself 2 workers just joking around. There’s a small girl working and she honestly looks to be the only one to be working.
Bad service, super expensive food. I paid 12 dollars for half of the tuna sandwich, that seems too expensive for me.
