The two women working there when I went through the drive through today had a man yelling at them, cursing at them, and calling them stupid (he was at the drive through in front of me). These women both stayed so calm and professional. They also got me my food quickly and got my order right. So much crazy going on but still doing a great job. View all feedback.
What Mathew Stark doesn't like about KFC Store # J120065:
Ordered the Nashville hot crispy colonel. This is what they gave us. The chicken had barely any sauce on it and was literally two nuggets they stuck together. Not to mention, we waited way too long in the drive thru waiting for our order to be taken. They forgot sauces and gave us the wrong sauces. We were given no napkins. Not impressed. Awful. They pretended the right hand didn't know what the left hand did. My food was cold, even if I don't live far from the store. They gave me an original entrance. The worst thing I've ever eaten at a KFC. My husband's offers were more bread than chickens. The waiting period was terrible. A Lord came in and asked me how long I had waited. I told him at least 15-20 minutes. I said you might come to dinner and stay for breakfast. He went soon after.
Very nice and polite. They were very busy waiting for a while.
This place is at the top. the current employees were great. we stopped going here for some time. but now wew. sleeps the great work damen and herren.
Love KFC, but there were only 2 people. You have to pay more.
There weren't many in the drive-thru and I was asked to pull around and wait on French Fries. They were cold when she did finally bring them out. Lady in charge of the drive-thru wasn't very friendly and she was the same one that brought my food out. Saving grace was that the Classic Chicken Sandwich was delicious.
