What T H doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
The service is usually good. When they are e busy there is one gentleman in particular maybe the manager who doesn’t seem to pay attention when they are busy. If he helps he seems to mess my order up. He’s even told another employee how to make what I ordered one time told them wrong. They need to pay more attention no matter how busy they are and make sure they know recipes. View all feedback.
5 stars for ice cream. 1 star wins out due to placing fans underneath recessed lighting to make some horrible strobe lights.
Sign said open at 12. 2 people inside. Not open. I left and they opened, or turned the sign on. I didn’t go back
Service was so bad. My wife got reeces and they weren’t even chopped up and mixed in her ice cream it was like 3 big chunks and that was it.
It was delicious. Friendly service. And awesome toppings!
Stopped by for two shakes today, figuring their ice cream would make the difference over a good fast food place. The good: the flavor in both my strawberry and my wife's very vanilla were excellent. Lots of promise. The bad: shakes were very thin. The straws we were given were long and small diameter, yet the shake sucked right up them immediately. I'd love to know if this is how they're supposed to be served or if maybe ours were made with too much milk. The other thing was they are served in a plastic cup with no insulation, so you can imagine after a 13 min drive on a warm day, my wife's shake was even thinner. Staff was good, some of the other creations looked amazing. But I was after a (rare for me, try to eat healthy) shake.
