Bojangles - Kernersville

The food was pretty good. Chicken premiums and pommes were fresh. The chicken was okay. The 3 star rating is for cleanliness. The restaurant part was fine, but the hallway back to the bathroom and the actual bathrooms were disgusting. You can smell the OUTSIDE uringer uch the bathroom door. If I had seen the bathrooms before I had eaten, I would probably have gone somewhere else.

The Bojangle chicken sandwich is delicious and offers many sides. It's always crispy and fresh. You have delicious cookies and breakfast all day.

I purchased the 12 piece Bo Box for my family's dinner tonight. I get home and there are only 8 pieces of chicken. We also received partially filled containers of Dirty Rice and Mashed Potatoes. We were missing the gravy as well. We live too far to return for this to get corrected. You need to be more careful when filling customer orders. We won't be back.

Had young family members with us, they are especially about their chicken mac cheese. They ate everything that was a big deal. Restaurant was tidy bathroom in good shape. The food was good and the staff was friendly. Also kept clean. I got the grilled chicken salad and my fiancée and daughter got the fried chicken dishes. We were all satisfied.
