Biscuitville - Kernersville

Not sure about food yet, but the service is terrible. I ordered, paid, and without behind me they left me in a parking lot from the building. There were 3 other cars that were already pulled over waiting for food. This place wasn't busy. We were the only 3 people there. After they had brought out my food, I had to go after the lady who had brought me back my food because she had not asked me if I wanted to give birth, and forgot my straw that could have been avoided if I had allowed the WINDOW and the WASSER!

21. September 2022 was my first time in this Kernersville NC site. The eggs were cold, cheese was shredded on the top unmelted, sores were lumpy and warm, the only food that was warm and good was my cookie. I was totally confused with unbelief because I usually ride at 5:30 thru and my food is always delicious. I don't know if they've changed workers or what, but I'm definitely not going back. Oh, I forgot, I also have one of my favorites cinnamon roll, opened it, hard like a skirt! I had to stop on my way out and ask for a fresh one. I'm not that person, but I couldn't go without getting my cinnamon roll. I'll go all the way back to Greensboro Biscuitville on West Market Street.

What is the point to ask for name if you do not use it and give the wrong order?! It's my fault that I didn't check my bag before I pulled away (especially because when I saw someone dress up to take their food back). But I got someone else's order and asked for a survey. Wasn?t informs how to check the survey so google it is. $10 for an order and nothing is what I ordered or even everything I would eat. This place was always on the point, but not near late.

The staff is friendly and the food is always hot. I've never had an issue with the taste of the food. It has always been tasty. This location always seems to be slammed. But the wait time isn't too bad because they get people through the drive thru efficiently. I wish the traffic flow was better at this location. It's a mess. Because a shopping center and another restaurant is beside this location, traffic is congested and it can be difficult to maneuver around.
