The manager here was awesome! I called with a same day request for picking up a catering order for 12 on a Saturday. He clearly explained that that is not the normal allowed time but could work with me, it was GREAT.The staff was so friendly and the food was on point! What Stanley S doesn't like about Barberitos:
Stopped going here in August when the new sanitation grade of 83.5 was posted. Management needs to step in and get this place back to where it was when it was my family's favorite place to go. Prices went up but the service went down. Seems to be new employees every week. Sanitation grade is the biggest problem and cannot be overlooked. Will definitely give it another try if the sanitation grade goes way up. View all feedback.
Very good Burritos. The staff was friendly. If you ask yourself, it's similar to a Moe's.
My husband and I come to this place quite often today we were a little behind and came in 15 minutes before closing and had such an amazing experience. The team was cheerful and patient and seemed like they really enjoyed what they did. In times when it's hard to rent and retain talent, especially in the food service, I was thoroughly impressed!
Excellent. So nice that Kernersville has a barberitos. Very clean, amazing service, excellent food and professional staff. Speaking of personnel, Catherine and Laura are the most friendly and professional people I have seen for some time. Food is fine, typical Barberitos. However, 1 star for online ordering. Food was ready 25 min early, so it would have been cold however I was there early and just planned to wait. Also, they piled the burritos on top of the chips in the same bag, so the chips were crushed.
Short staffed and still got great service. They were out of ground turkey that I wanted and the manager made sure that I was happy and taken care of as well as made sure they started to prepare more. She even offered a replacement taco once the meat was prepared. Manager and one staff were handling a Saturday night rush on their own and still kept everything stocked up and clean. I?ll definitely be back after this experience!
