Upon arrival, we were informed that they had no record of our reservation and were unable to serve us the menu we had requested. They could only offer steak or chicken with no other options available. There were no starters and no offer of a complimentary drink or discount given the situation. Disappointed, we decided to dine elsewhere and were fortunate to find a restaurant that offered a wider variety of choices than just steak or chicken.

Sign wa... read more Doubt about freshness of the salmon was reported. Sign back to kitchen. The cause of deviant taste was allegedly from a certain compound of ingredients. Sign was unchangedly returned to the table with the report that 5 grand would be cut down. This is where people should have chosen the responsible of the kitchen. A meat dish, a mix of different flesh species was too fragile and too dry. The other seven people were satisfied, but not excited.

Our reservation had not been put through to the restaurant despite having booked this months in advance (was for Valentines Day On arrival, we were told they ha... read more Our reservation had not been put through to the restaurant despite having booked this months in advance (was for Valentines Day On arrival, we were told they had no record of the reservation and therefore couldnt serve us the menu requested. We were then told, no other food was available apart from Steak or Chicken. No starters, No other options. No offer of a drink on the house or discount given the circumstances. Ended up going somewhere else- we were lucky enough to find a place that offered more than steak or chicken!
