I stopped by this Sonic while passing through, and it was a newer model of the restaurant. The car hop who brought me my order was really friendly both on arrival and departure.
Terrible service. I waited for 30 minutes without receiving any food.
**Avoid This Sonic!** I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes just to place an order for 2 drinks. A car pulled into the second drive-thru lane and was served immediately, while I still hadn’t been helped. I ordered 2 burgers and 2 drinks, but they got my order wrong three times before finally getting it right, and that took a total of 30 minutes.
They just take to damn long I waited a whole hour for a sonic blast I’ll probably drive 20 min to Monahans and get it with in 5 min
I ordered chicken strips, tots, and onion rings. I got extra crispy chicken strips, burnt tots (they r burnt orange color), and burnt onion rings. They didn't give us the mozzarella sticks my husband ordered.... they severely need better training... Just saying.
