Overcooked. Some of the employees are very polite and hard-working, understanding the effort required to achieve their goals. However, there are also some with poor attitudes that can be disappointing, like the employee who handled my order today. They had multiple piercings and avoided making eye contact, instead focusing on the screen. When I thanked them for the order, they simply pressed a button to close it out without much acknowledgment before closing the window.
