Thanks Lauren at NSK in Acheravi. That was a great recommendation. I had no desire for Stifado, Sofrito or Souvlaki, so I created my own meze. Skordalia, saganaki Keflariti, Bekri meze and Spetsofai. Amazing. Skordalia mashed potatoes with garlic and olive oil instead of butter. Saganaki keflariti Keflariti cheese in flour and flat roasted. Smoothly cooked pig and beef with cheese.
