Il Vesuvio - Kerkyra

I can't understand why this restaurant has so many negative reviews. It definitely serves some of the best pasta on the island. The owner, who is Italian, clearly knows how to cook. They could do without the non-pasta dishes on the menu, but the papadele with truffle is a must-try - it has never disappointed us!

This restaurant deserves a higher rating. The mixed vegetables were incredibly fresh and delicious, cooked perfectly. The pasta was also very good, with generous portions. The service was excellent as well.

The food was delicious. We had a great meal on our last night in Corfu. I highly recommend this charming little restaurant. It has a very Italian atmosphere and the food is very tasty! Give it a try!

Although situated in a very cozy street and being served in a very friendly fashion, I have to rate this restaurant with only 2 stars. It was just too salty. We had the bruchetta, and without the olives on top it would do. The pizza (can't remember which one sorry) and the carpaccio were again on the salty side. Too bad for us. But we did receive a complementary desert and Limoncello when asked for the bill! So that was nice.
