Sbarro - Kentwood

Did a pick up for several pizza pies for an office event. The online site is difficult to use and parking is not ideal since it is at a mall. The pizza was wx Ellenton, however and our office will order here again.

They have the best food! I love their stromboli but especially their baked ziti!!! so delicious!!!

Website says closing at 6pm, arrived at 5:25pm and was told ovens were off and refused to make 2 pizzas for me and another customer also wanted whole pizzas and they were refused as well...bad

It’s been over a month since my bad visit and bad food experience and STILL no resolution for the money I spent on the bad food. The worst part is, customer service just gives me the run around. Beware if you try to eat here, they take your money and customer service and satisfaction doesn’t seem important at

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time. The food just isn’t that great. The flavor is there, but the dough tasted undercooked both times and had a slightly gross taste to it. Just some kind of aftertaste that was bitter and flour-y. The cooks are kind and the service is fast and respectful, but the place is a waste of money. I’d try another restaurant if I were you. Any other.
