Refused to answer the drive thru an hour after opening
I went through the drive-thru around 8 PM. They didn 't have baked potatoes. This is the second time I 've gone and they haven 't had an item I want and it wasn 't close to closing time. I get to the window to pay... wait and wait. Guy at register with bright red hair is on his phone texting. There are 4 other cars behind me. I 'm still waiting. I give him my card to pay. No receipt. Hands me the bag and there are no chicken nuggets. Wait and wait again at the window for him to see me. He goes back on his cell phone. He finally sees me. I tell him there are no nuggets in my bag. He says, You ordered nuggets? Then looks at the screen as if I 'm lying. Finally get them and he gives me the wrong sauce. Whatever. I 'm not gonna make the people behind me wait anymore. Maybe he is only getting minimum wage but omg do better. That was a really bad experience.
