I ordered through the app and not only was my order not ready at the specified time, but they also finished two orders before mine, making me wait 20 minutes past the designated time. The staff behind the counter were rude and disorganized, with sandwiches not labeled making it difficult to know which one was which. Additionally, they did not have a complaints department, which is unacceptable. I would highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

Despite reaching out to customer service, they have refused to respond or issue a refund. I have never been to Kent, WA as I live on the East Coast.
