On April 22, 2022,... read more I've had two disappointing experiences at the Kent Panera this past week. I usually go to the one in Federal Way, and it's always been great. On April 22, 2022, I ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed fruit salad, but it arrived without any poppy seed dressing—or any dressing at all. Today, I ordered a Caesar chicken salad, and it came with Greek Goddess dressing instead. There was no shaved cheese, just chicken, romaine lettuce, and a few croutons. The first time I spoke with the manager, who said there was nothing he could do because I ordered through DoorDash. It would be helpful if they trained their salad prep staff and the person responsible for confirming the orders! I won't be returning to this Panera again!
