Hibachi Xpress - Kent

Ordered online. Waited about 20 minutes and order was never confirmed. Tried to call only to be hung up on multiple times. Would not refund.

Love this place ...food is always amazing. I chose this as my last meal before a surgery i love it so much .The 2 guys that are always there when i go are so kind and so nice.

This was our first time ordering from here and the food was delicious and the staff was super friendly! Will definitely be coming back.

Always get great food from here every time. The lo mein noodles are always so fresh tasting and the chicken and steak is juicy.

I called Hibachi Xpress Kent, to let them know I had contacted my dasher about a missing beverage (The dasher said she never received one from them). The lady on the phone was nasty to me and said, Ok sweetie, their is a sign on the door that says you grab your own drink, k. So that 's not my problem. I never even got to tell her our steak was burnt before she hung up on me. I spent $80 and that 's how they treat a paying customer...I 've ordered from other Hibachi Xpress locations and have never had an issue. The quality of the food was poor and so was the customer service. I paid more at this location and received half the amount in my entrees.This was my first and last time eating from this location.
