Normally they are good but today I was given dairy after asking for soy lactose intolerance). The drink felt light when I got it and had a bit more than an inch of room that I did not ask for.1 star for not paying attention to the dairy as that sort of think can kill a person if it was an allergy.4-5 star overall with today's exception. This place is fantastic! They serve some of the best coffee around. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the café has a warm and inviting atmosphere. My favorite latte is the honey bee latte with coconut milk!

I keep returning for the cozy leather seating. The ambiance is lovely, and both the drinks and service are consistently excellent.
Great place for coffee in...not the greatest neighborhood. 5 stars for service amazing staff. Came here every morning while on a business trip and their smiling happy faces were the best part of my week. 4 stars for the food/coffee not the greatest cup but got me the caffeine kick I needed. 4 stars for atmosphere. Wish it had a few more comfortable places to sit (the comfy chairs were great but almost always taken). 4 stars for prices. Typical for a Seattle area coffee house. Would definitely recommend if in the area.
Your people need to listen more to orders! Don't add cream to an Americano when it isn't asked for. If in doubt, verify orders at the pay window to make sure your customers are happy with their drinks and not find an unpleasant surprise in their drinks when they're down the road a few miles heading to an appointment
