Cat Sang - Kent
Cat Sang
Description
Tucked away in a bustling plaza, this restaurant has quickly gained a loyal following for its delectable Vietnamese cuisine, particularly its pho, which many deem the best in Washington. While the menu shines with delicious banh mi, chicken noodle salad bowls, and affordable spring rolls, some guests have noted inconsistencies in takeout orders, particularly regarding meat preparation. The atmosphere can get warm at times, and service can feel rushed during peak hours. Despite occasional drawbacks, the fresh ingredients and flavorful offerings make it a must-visit spot for both casual diners and pho enthusiasts alike.

I had the Bahn Mi Tofu sandwich and it was fantastic. Not every restaurant can make it well, but this place did a great job. I will definitely be returning for more.
Great food, nice people, it was a little cold whenever someone opened the door.
The sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious and affordable. However, I was not impressed with the pho broth, which lacked richness and flavor compared to other places, and the meatballs were tough and rubbery. Despite this, I will still return for the sandwiches and Thai teas.
Best pho in town. Their pho is so flavorful. I love their egg rolls and spring roll. Service is very friendly. We will be back.
The vermicelli bowl and iced coffee at this restaurant were delicious! The portion size of the vermicelli bowl was adequate, but I have been to other places where the portion size was nearly double for the same price and the quality and freshness was just as good, if not better.
