Been going to BFJ for 3 years. Once in a while i looked back at the bank statement total and felt like i was being overcharged. I stopped in last month for an order for my work crew and asked for a receipt. Was charged for 4 drinks that i neither ordered nor received. Sells expired food. When brought up over the phone, given rude and dismissive responses. Luckily they gave managers email address.
Coffee was ok but we're kinda slow on Saturday morning at 5am they don't give change back either it goes into a gift card.
Usually they are really good. Today the girl seemed really out of it! Orange/brown hair messy appearance!
