Horrible service and it's rare if my drink comes out good. I'm also at a different location every night and they be giving you the worst attitude I'm just fed up with bigfoot. I also do not understand how they will announce new drink's and none of their location's know how to do them and oh, they also don’t like it when you ask them for their new drinks. I have to cancel big foot I've been coming for years to most of their location's and I've had the worst customer service. I believe the only location with good customer service that I've ever had was at the Issaquah location and I'm not sure if because it was a guy. I had this barista roll her eye's at me because I had asked about a new flavor drink at the kent location it seemed like she was training someone but the one she was training also had an attitude towards us. I just recently started leaving reviews for them and the only reason I'm doing them because of how bad their attitude and customer service is and the training they need. They don't even deserve a one star to be honest.
This place is good but inconsistent. This bob head girl ALWAYS says no whip without failure im talking 10+ times. It’s only when she’s there.

The service at this particular location leaves a lot to be desired. We were the second car in line and it took us over 20 minutes to get out. This is the second time I?ve had this barista, and the last time the wait was over 30 minutes, so I?ll give her props for some level of improvement, albeit small. This barista cannot multitask, makes one drink at a time, and plays on her phone while the espresso is pouring. I figured she could maybe have prepared the other drink while she was waiting but no. She also frequently got distracted talking to coworkers and during those times would completely stop what she was doing to have a conversation. The wait for two coffees was very unreasonable. Now, the issaquah location gets 5 stars. This one needs baristas with a sense of urgency.
Came in for a iced tea and ended up trying a new drink with berries and cream. Fantastic summer flavor! The girls there were great at helping me select the new drink.
10:53pm. if i could give it a zero i would i waited almost 30 minutes for one car to get two coffees and a frappe. the frappe should?ve taken 5 minutes maximum and the two coffee 2-3 minutes. if you?re going to work at a coffee stand maybe learn to be quick and efficient. for such a large company you would think they would hire people that could actually do their job. 100/10 do not recommend coming here.
Tried Hazelnut flavored Latte at this drive through location. Tastes really good. There is some wait always 3-4 cars ahead of us.
I ordered an orange drink with Sichel and didn’t specify that I wanted it mixed; I simply wanted it to be ice-cold. If I had wanted it that way, I would have asked for it. Instead, I was expecting a frozen mixed drink. The staff didn’t seem overwhelmed—there were three people working, so it should have been clear what I wanted.

I?d give no stars if I could I agree with everyone else!!! 4:00a one car in front every morning this is the slowest I?ve ever dealt with!!!! 30 min for the one freaking car ahead of me. We come to this place every morning sadly since my boyfriend worksclose to there and she sucks. One time we ordered just a BLENDED mocha and she took 15 min that?s not necessary dude just gosomewhere else and do yourself a favor!!!!!!!!!! They don?t even make good coffee after all the waiting. They just need to letthat chick go who?s working at 3:45a!!!!! Side not we?ve been going there a year and no improvement

I ordered a drink orange yet to sickle and I didn't even blend it I just gave it to me iced if that's what I wanted I would ask for that but that's not what I wanted I asked for the Frozen blended drink and there were three people there working it wasn'tlike they were overworked or anything doesn't make sense
