Sliders - KENT TOWN

This was my second visit to Sliders and I was a little disappointed. The service was adequate although they mixed up my order. The 'slider' options are interesting but a little over priced in my opinion (~AUD20). Individual burgers are small for the price (~AUD15). Two people in our group found their meal cold upon arrival. On the plus side, the smoothies are lovely and the dessert options look delicious. Gluten free alternatives were available on the menu. Would I recommend the restaurant? Probably not. There are too many other great lunch venues located along Rundle Street and the surrounding side streets.

We visited here before going to see a movie and were pleasantly surprised. The service was very quick and we received our meals (and we were a group of 8) within about 20 minutes of ordering. The menu has so many different options from pizzas to burgers to sliders of pizzas and burgers to pasta to salads and everything in between. I opted for a chicken burger with curly fries, which was very tasty especially the curly fries. The portion sizes for everyone's meals were very generous and many of us weren't able to finish our meals. Overall it was good, quick and tasty food for a reasonable price.

Popped in here for a meal after trudging up and down Hindley St for some time looking for something tasty that was not swimming in fat or sugar and was delighted with my choice of a delicious chicken salad with pear and walnut salad and herb bread. Yum- fresh flavours, crunchy and delicious. aybe a touch too much balsamic. Meal was delivered promptly to my table with a lovely glass of merlot. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Walked in to have lunch with a friend. The girl behind the counter totally screwed up both our orders... Didn't enjoy it.

Sliders is a hip, Italian style restaurant in a fashionable part of Adelaide. I went there three times with some mates on a recent trip to Adelaide. The food was excellent, as was the service. One night they ran out of house red and they gave us a nice bottle of Shiraz instead. Desserts are a speciality. I had a strawberry crepe and death by chocolate, a type of dessert pizza. Dining al fresco on a nice evening was lovely with the added bonus of watching the cars and people parading down Rundle Street. I have read some average reviews of Sliders but when I was there they were doing everything right.
