We asked to be outside if possible and this was all organized when we arrived. They even offered to turn the overhead fans on or relocate us inside if we found it too warm. All food was good as was the service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Kensington:
a little disappointed. I always loved this hotel. However, the meal prices were quite high, so I expected more than just ordinary pub fare. not many times a day, but the employee has not welcomed us. View all feedback.
We thought the food was expensive and therefore ordered hamburgers (not cheap either) and they were very ordinary. The waiter was excellent. We thought the room rather dark but like the banquettes.
Service wasn’t great, forgot one of our drinks and one of our meals.
Great service and friendly staff. Food was served as described, well presented, and good sized serves. A satisfying meal and experience.
Schnitzels are way too big and please do not serve it on top of the chips. Suggest a half serve be offered for smaller eaters way too big to eat it all thus a waste of food and patron's money.
It is wonderful to be able to return to a hotel and the food and service is still such a high standard. The range of food choices is excellent and the standard of presentation and cooking is second to none. I love the fact there is table service, no lining up for food orders or drinks. Another bonus is it us not overpriced.
