Westeleven - Kensington and Chelsea

I have frequented this restaurant many times for breakfast while staying at the Hilton Kensington over the past 3 years. The restaurant offers a nice variety of dishes and the service is excellent. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Alessandro, who from our first visit during our most recent stay, remembered our group's order and served us almost every day he was there. He was always friendly, attentive to our needs, and very polite, following up on anything else we needed.

Unfortunately, there is a significant discrepancy in quality between the food and staff at this restaurant. When the right employees are working, everything runs smoothly, but on weekends it is a complete disaster.

I had lunch at this restaurant every day during my stay at the Hilton. They have a great selection and friendly staff. The food was delicious and the restaurant is spacious, allowing you to spread out and relax.

Very clean and bright with friendly service and no issues what so ever. Seating was comfy and choice was good.

Very well located Hotel, with underground parking. Will cater for all kinds of needs, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. Rooms very well equipt. Very relaxing bar area when you can have snacks, meals or just drinks. Restaurant on sight. Staff were a credit to the Hotel.
