Kensington High Street Nandos

The restaurant itself is clean and spacious, and the staff are quick to assist and check up on you. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is served quickly and hot. We also tried the new mac and cheese side, which was delicious. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and exceptional customer service. It really made a difference in our dining experience. We will definitely be back soon!

The wait staff who were all ladies were super Sweet and very caring. The food was great and the service made it even more memorable!!

Came to this nandos after visiting the natural history museum, walked in and was standing around looking for someone to tell me where to sit. Told we would have to wait 10 minutes for a table which was fine, waited less than 5 minutes to be told a table was ready upstairs. When we went upstairs there was loads of empty tables available, so couldn't understand why we had to wait 10 minutes. We sat down and ordered through the app at 14.45, 15:00 other people arrived and were seated and got there food before us. (They actually thought we had already eaten) 15:20 was when we finally got our food after I had to ask what was happening with the order. When the food came the chips were burnt, garlic bread was cold it just wasn't worth eating. My poor 7 year old son was hungry so had no choice but to eat it. Given the area you would have thought this would have been excellent however turns out to be very poor, if I had know KFC, Burger King, Gail's etc... were around the corner I wouldn't have spent my money there.

There was a lengthy wait to place our food order, but the staff were efficient. Surprisingly, our food arrived quickly even though the restaurant was very busy. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to see three hot options available for me, including two types of burger and various salads. I was unable to make a reservation, which was unfortunate as it almost made us late for our event. Despite this, the meal was delicious and the staff were friendly. I would avoid going on a Saturday evening unless necessary, as it can be quite noisy with groups of young children.

Amazing food and only minute away from the hotel we stayed in. Great staff and were welcomed with a smile. Huge area downstairs but we preferred to stay upstairs, quite live and was busy. Had the Vegan option and was amazing. really loved the food
