Gino's - KENOVA

Went here and bought a salad a pizza and a sandwich got something half done called back and a girl named Sabrina answered the phone was really, really rude. When I asked your name. She told me it didn’t matter. She didn’t have to tell me her name so after talking to her and being disrespected, asked to speak to someone else and she put me on hold for a few seconds and acted like she had talked to the owner and of course the owner wasn’t going to do anything to fix it Food was was slop. It was all thrown together halfassed done then when I asked to get a phone number to call the home office or someone to file a complaint on this girl she told me that I was wasting my time there was nobody to file a complaint. Nobody above them just saying place went to hell since the new owner bought it

Great food and service. Shabby dining area. Needs spruced up. Coat of paint would help. Appears to not ever have had a good cleaning

The older bald guy behind the counter had no interest in taking my order just kept typing at the computer and talking to a coworker about leaving in a half hour.. drove out of my way to get my family food ended up standing there... Needless to say I just left.. maybe more professional people should run the register

I guess you would say the waiter at the window jokes and memories where made a trully, deserved 5 stars

We love Gino's and eat there often. The wings are the BEST around!!
