Subway - Kenosha

My wife ordered a sandwich this morning and had a wonderful experience with the employee making the sandwiches. He was kind and communicated well. Our sandwich turned out perfectly. Thank you for the excellent service!

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The person making my sandwich seemed unable to communicate and didn't ask for my order, just stared at me. They also refused to accept any of my coupons. I won't be returning until they hire more respectful staff and the management stops being so cheap.

This was the worst sandwich I have ever had from any Subway. The service was just as bad. I requested that my bread and cheese be toasted first, but they left it in the toaster for too long while they made another sandwich. The sandwich was over-toasted, tough, and difficult to eat. I couldn't even finish it. The veggies on the other sandwich were haphazardly placed on each half, not evenly distributed throughout. I have given this place multiple chances, but the last 2-3 visits have been terrible. I will not be returning to this location.

Underground 80th Street, kenosha* I brought my little boy to lunch in the subway and was greeted by a worker named tay! he was absolutely amazing, very respectful and deserves the scream! Not only do we have amazing service, but our eating was the best we ever had! Very kind friendly staff. The lead person had excellent Customer skills!!! This place was clean tidy too. Incredible food as always!
