When I asked him to speak to me respectfully, he replied that it was "disrespectful to order a $40 pizza and not come to pick it up." After his rude comments, I informed him that he could keep the pizza. He refused to listen and didn't acknowledge that the pickup time in the email I received stated 6:42 PM, nearly half an hour after I called to cancel.
