Their service was pretty good. We did a pick up delivery. My wife just loves the place. Just thought it was strange that they had no iced tea or root beer. I know they got Pepsi products but still.
Food was as expected. However, I used the app and was able to choose a time for pick up. I arrived a bit early and it was supposed to be ready at 615pm. They didn't even start putting my meal together until I stepped up at that time and asked. They were out of the hot wings and had to cook more. Don't expect that the time you give to pick up your order will be honored. I guess it is what it is. I did hear a worker say someone didn't show etc etc. Back to Popeyes I guess.
I placed a mobile order through their app and the food was promptly prepared and ready for pickup.
