Will never get food from here again.Spent $40 on a 12 piece family meal to be told I can only get two sauces! And it would be .16 extra! After I spent $40 on a meal! Not once has this happened but this was the second time! The women manager is so rude and very adamant on this rule too. The food was horrible and cold. Never again! I will be calling cooperate too.
The manager I do not know his name but he was very nice and accommodating considering they were short staffed I did not have to wait long for food and the little time I did wait he apologized immensely, I will drive from union grove or anywhere I am at to go to this KFC nicest staff clean and food was fresh!

Placed a mobile order for a 10 piece tender and a Chicken Little Combo. Requested 4 dipping sauces as allowed.When I picked up the order at the drive thru, I asked if the dipping sauces were in the bag. The young man confirmed they were in the bag. Once I got home, I unpacked and saw that there were ZERO sauces in the bag. So I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do for me. The only option was to pick up the sauces at a later date!!A little more customer service could have gone a long way!! Probably gonna skip KFC for a while.
