I visited this restaurant two mornings in a row, hoping to enjoy a quick breakfast, but unfortunately, my order was wrong both times. I don't understand how my order can be repeated back to me accurately yet I still receive the wrong items. I’m really disappointed with the experience. You guys are a 24 hour Dunkin… but never have any donuts at night. Make it make sense. You guys never have donuts what’s the point on being open so late?
The drive-thru here is somewhat confusing. Out of my last five orders, four have been incorrect. Most recently, I ordered a caramel macchiato and received a cup of milk with caramel instead. In the past, there have been issues where I ordered hot drinks but received cold ones instead. While they are usually good at correcting mistakes, this location really needs some improvement. I would consider going to the one further east, but the layout of their drive-thru is even worse. Both locations could benefit from moving to larger spaces.
Was told 'we don 't have those ' when we ordered a few different kinds of donuts, he didn 't really elaborate lol. Didnt get donuts. We got 2 sandwiches, there was only a 3 minutes gap in between ordering and getting our food (which is good time wise! but one of the sandwiches still had frozen egg and sausage and the other was colder than room temp which was weird because they should 've been made after we ordered them lol

The staff is truly exceptional. They were friendly, offered service with a smile, and the wait time was remarkable.
