Great burgers and wings. I was very surprised by the horrible reviews I read. I usually never even review things but felt this location wasn't getting a fair shake by the reviews I read. We decided to stop for an unplanned lunch on our way back from Chicago. They offer a great selection of lunch items for $10, available from 11 AM to 2 PM. Our server was quite attentive...
The food was good, but the service was really disappointing. The restaurant was empty, yet we had to wait an hour for our meal. Our server came to the table four times, but the service remained unsatisfactory. It felt like we were waiting for them to work on their advertising instead of taking care of us.

Would rate zero stars, but need one for an assessment. standing in the door for 20 minutes, even sitting. the four-headed family before us had waited for 20 minutes before we arrived, and we were told to another family before them that she was gone. a group of 4 behind us after 5 minutes waiting behind us. 5 different server on the personal could look at our groups who wait at least one dozen times for their trips in and out of the kitchen, but no one even addressed us at that time.
Edit: then they respond to their assessment that they submit their reflections on the website, and a week later nobody reacted. I guess the terrible customer service goes to the company level. absolutely terrible customer service. online order for delivery. I have not received any of the submerged or dives (which I paid extra) and also got the wrong drink. I called the load to see if they could fix the problem (I am working a 2 minute drive away but have no vehicle) and was told the best that they can do a partial refund. in this place I was regular, but I don't think I'm ordered by them again when they fix their mistakes.
