If you want to park in the morning rush you will feel that all the drive thru customers are continually attempting to run you over crash into you stop you from exiting the property. View all feedback.
If you're trying to park during the morning rush, be prepared to navigate through a chaotic situation. It feels like all the drive-thru customers are constantly trying to cut you off, nearly running you over and blocking your way out of the parking lot.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at a Tim Hortons while driving from Calgary to Ontario. I ordered several items, but there were some mistakes with my order. The employees seemed frustrated and spoke among themselves in a language I didn't understand. It's important for staff to be trained in customer service, as this can greatly affect the experience. While I enjoy Tim Hortons' food, this particular encounter really overshadowed it. I hope the owner addresses these issues!
During our last visit, the washroom could have been cleaner, but apart from that, it's a nice location. The staff were friendly and took the time to chat with us about local attractions in Kenora, which we appreciated since we were visiting from out of town.
The coffee here is seriously good, and the service from the staff is excellent. The line moved quickly, and I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone!
The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent as well. The restaurant was extremely clean.
