This is the 'go-to ' place to get your French fries. Family owned and operated. The food here is great and you will not be disappointed.
My son Matt wanted to stop here on our cross Canada trip based on recommendations, but I was sceptical. Sure this chip wagon has been in place 20 plus year, but is it good? Well, it was okay. The chips were good, the pogo was...tasty, but the fish and chip at $10.50 was undersized and overpriced. Good luck.
This place is awesome- shopping downtown? Just passing through town? Make some time in your schedule for lunch, because these fries are the best you're ever going to have!
Very expensive for a family meal. Prices have been increased, with smaller portions it costs a small fortune to feed a family of 4.
Fries are very good; I painted vinegar and salt on her, but last time I was there she was in vinegar until the point of soggy, so now I simply-jane and put her at home.... If you go through and get them to go, keep an eye on how much vinegar they up when ask. I also have the chicken 'pops' that are good; cant comment on much of everything else ( Fisha and Chips etc.)..it is a nice leak once in a while!
