Delicious Tacos! Best in Tri so far!! Fresh ingredients and amazing salsa!!

$1.00 ?TO GO FEE???? ?Carne asada???? Tried their carne asada burrito?it was filling, but lacked in flavor. The rice was bland, the beans were dry, and I don?t know what meat they used, but it was not your typical carne asada. This meat looked and felt like?.when you take a piece of steak and chew it until all the juices are gone and spit the meat out.

I love this food truck. They have a great menu selection that includes a larger variety of options than is typical (a few examples: Birria Ramen, Chile relleno burrito, tropical fruit shrimp burrito, crunchwraps! they have actual vegetarian choices (which is rare for Mexican food trucks in the area unless I just want a quesadilla , and the food I've had so far has been consistently delicious. Their burritos are heavy as heck so be prepared to be hungry if you order one!

I've had burritos from this truck and man were they good but most recently on friday afternoon i had 3 birria tacos and let me just say that's the first time ive had them anywhere before and they were amazing ill definitely be going back to the truck and the new restaurant once it opens up and very nice people and great service
