First time trying this restaurant for lunch. I asked if I could have the Pho with chicken broth and tofu instead of beef broth and meat since there was no option for a vegetable broth. I was given chicken broth with no vegetables except some sliced white onion, a tiny amount of parsley and only bean sprouts and a slice of lime on the side. This restaurant serves the best Pho in the entire Tri-Cities area! They take the time to properly cook their broth for hours, as it should be. The rice noodles are also fantastic—nice and thin. Unlike other Pho places I've tried in the area, which seem to rely on chicken bouillon for flavor, this place makes its broth from scratch. This is the standard by which I measure all other Pho.
