Mcdonald's - Kennewick

When you order from Uber, they often "forget" to include ketchup, utensils, napkins, and even straws for your drinks. If you call to remind them, they quickly become defensive and seem shocked by the inquiry. The takeaway here is to avoid ordering from Uber or even going through the drive-thru, haha.

I ordered a Big Mac, large fries, and a large chocolate shake at the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized that the Big Mac was missing! Ever since the remodel, things seem to have declined. Most of the long-time staff isn't there anymore, and it's disappointing. It used to be really good!

Went thru the drive thru this morning and was greeted with a smile by a nice young lady. I asked her how her morning was starting, and she said tired, but she made it! What a positive person i love it, we need more people in the world just like her! So that was at the 1st window, the 2nd window. To my surprise, it was her again. Still happy as could be lol they just traded positions I hope good things come her way she deserves it ! Anyway my sandwich was very good, even being vegetarian there was something for me. Although pulling away, we noticed the garbage that they provided for all of us, which is very nice of them, was FULL. I'm just wondering how full a garbage has to get before people STOP putting garbage in it??? COME ON PEOPLE granit. Yes, they should check them maybe a little bit more, but that's just ridiculous. Ok, and about these garages now that I'm on the subject, they are at the END of the drive-thru so it's really not for their food because you can't (well i guess you could lol) eat your food that fast from the 2nd window to that trash can. So i guess people are seriously cleaning out their cars (maybe) while waiting for their food because they were asked to pull forward. Idk whatever the case is they don't have to be there. Just please WHEREVER, and WHENEVER you see a trash can that's full, STOP putting trash in it, please, and thank you! Thank you McDonald's for the great service and great food.

They have absolutely fantastic food! I really enjoy their dishes and I highly recommend that you visit. Kids would love it too. Wishing you a blessed day!
