Just had an odd experience that left us truly unsatisfied. We were told that we were not ALLOWED to switch out the cheeses on our sandwiches. Pretty sure for 30 for two sandwiches two drinks and a bag of chips I should be able to change out the cheeses on my sandwich even if it 's an additional charge. I rarely appreciate fast food, especially chains, but Jimmy John's is amazing. This location has the most friendly employees. How to win twice

We love Jimmy Johns! Their sandwiches are delicious and gluten-free, their salad cases are just as good. Something overpriced Imo, but we're going there again.
Great 1st visit Thursday 7/28 gal was great! I was a hot sweaty mess after working outside all day, she was laughing with me. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name!
