What Tricia O doesn't like about Impastables Fresh Pasta Food Truck:
Got the alfredo sauce with noodles. The sauce itself was fantastic! But the noodles were much less desirable. Not sure if they'd just been sitting out since lunchtime because we arrived at 2pm because they were hard and somewhat dry. Sad. Twelve bucks for it and we could only eat a few bites. NO LONGER OPEN. This was the best pasta in town and we're sad to see them go. But we're so glad we got to devour their authentic food before they left. Best of luck.

Great pasta and large portion! Great menu selection. Fast and hot. Definitely going back agai!
It was sooo delicious! I tried Angry pasta with meat balls and carbonara with shrimp ??? Definitely would recommend
Seriously some of the best pasta I’ve ever had! The home made noodles are cooked to perfection and the Alfredo is creamy and amazing!! 10/10 recommend! You get a nice portion for the price you pay! I will definitely be coming back!
