Contribute Feedback What Allison B likes about Casa Mia:
The food at this restaurant is delicious and the portions are generous. While the prices may be a bit high, that seems to be the norm nowadays. Our server was a young man, possibly in his late teens or early 20s, and he provided excellent service. He was polite, considerate, and attentive. The ambiance is charming, with both indoor and outdoor seating options available. I highly recommend dining here. View all feedback.
What Katelyn L doesn't like about Casa Mia:
Inefficient and impolite. We placed an order over the phone and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when we arrived to pick it up 25 minutes later, our order had not even been entered. The staff claimed they had written it down but forgot to enter it. When we asked for a resolution, the apparent manager, a blonde woman, replied rudely: "YOU CAN PAY FOR IT AND YOU CAN WAIT FOR IT. OR YOU CAN FORGET IT.... View all feedback.
We have the big chicken and 3 cheese pizza and an order of Provolone cheese Ravioli. The ravioli was very tasty, but the amount you got was on the small side for the nearly 20 dollars. The big pizza was more in line with what you would otherwise pay for a big pizza everywhere. The toppings were good, my only complaint about it was the sauce. Although it is tasteful, I think it would have been much better with a traditional red pizza sauce. The salads were good with a decent amount of cheese and olives on it. Due to certain lack of food due to Covid, there were some dishes that were not available. I'll go back here, because the food was delicious and the service we received was top notch.

I enjoy the lasagna, but where too much tomato in it for my taste. The Spumoni ice cream was amazing. It had real strawberry in it. Our waiter was helpful and checked us to make sure we didn't need more refill or if everything was good. I give the waiter 5 stars.
I first visited Casa Mia in Kennewick when they opened in the 90s? My youngest loved her paprika pizza and I love her home salad. I'm visiting the TC for business that lived here for 25 years. I saw Casa Mia and I had to stop. I ordered the little pepperoni pizza and home salad. 25 years later, it's as good as it was. The smokey hand made pepperoni is like I remembered at that time. Casa Mia was founded in the early 1950s. Their legacy therefore extends to 7 decades. If you live in the TC, then without a doubt you were either in the Richland or Kennewick locations. When you visit, insist on visiting. A real Italian classic and best pizza in the NW!
I really enjoy the spicy chicken Caesar salad at this restaurant, and the pizza is also delicious. It's a fantastic place for lunch, and the staff are wonderful.
