Carl's Jr. - Kennewick

We got the bacon guacamole burger with a side of fried zucchini. The fried zucchini was fine but the burger was hastily prepared. Guacamole was scattered all over the burger as if they forgot to add it and just lifted the bun up a smidge and shoved it in there. If you enjoy guacamole with a side of beef I recommend this joint.

From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Angela's warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. She was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great suggestions and making sure my order was exactly what I wanted. Angela's attention to detail and her exceptional customer service skills were truly impressive. Despite the busy environment, she remained calm, courteous, and attentive to every customer. 10pm 4th of July and the young lady working the drive thru was friendly and had a great attitude. At her age I would’ve much rather been at the fireworks with friends. Thanks for doing a great job!!
