Carl's Jr. - Kennewick

Every time I visit a fast food restaurant, I always seem to receive terrible customer service, right down to the tone of voice. So it was a pleasant surprise when I went to Carl's Jr and encountered a friendly and enthusiastic voice willing to help me. I want to give a big shout out to Mia and encourage her to keep up the positive attitude - the world needs it and customers truly appreciate it. I will definitely be returning to this location.

I love this place! The service is great and the staff are very friendly. The food is always consistent and hot. Andrea, in particular, is extremely helpful, always getting my order right no matter how complex it is, and she is always so pleasant about it. This Carls Jr is definitely my favorite one!

Favi is an amazing chef and the manager was incredibly kind! The service was speedy and the staff were extremely friendly. In my opinion, not many fast food restaurants are this welcoming, especially in the mornings. I usually don't look forward to eating at other chains, but I will definitely be returning to this one. Customer service was amazing. Karla, the cashier, was very patient with us while placing our order through the drive thru. My son was loud in background and undecisive. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience a joyful one. The food was very delicious. They never fail to please. Keep up the amazing job guys.
