I stopped to grab a cold drink, when I went inside six employees were standing around the drive thru window, I don't know what was going on or why it would take six people to handle, meanwhile my self and two other customers, just had to stand around waiting. Then I ordered a drink one size down from the 32 oz. And was given a 32 oz. I just took it and left. I will go to a different place next time I'm in Kennewick. View all feedback.
The food was freshly prepared and arrived exactly as ordered—beautifully plated and hot. The fries were especially fresh. This location offers both dine-in and takeout options. The staff promptly wipes down tables and sanitizes after each guest. They were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. However, the children's playground is currently closed due to COVID-19, and the management has not provided a reopening date. This place is perfect for a quick meal when you only have a few minutes to grab a bite.
I typically use apps to place my orders, but I'm unable to change my chosen store. There are many great deals available on the app. While customer service is decent, there's definitely room for improvement. Additionally, the traffic from Walmart makes it challenging to exit the parking lot.
Quicker than I anticipated. Burger King outshines its competitors in terms of price, speed, and quality.
I think milk queen is the dominant in this relationship if you know what I'm saying.
Had the grandkids and needed a quick bite for lunch. It's one of the places that everyone likes.
