Bruchi's - Kennewick

The first time you tried this place. has not impressed. should not be amazed after they have read the reviews first. I'm going to Drive-Thru and the author is so impatient that she's interrupting me before I can get a full set. she would have thought the mouth for a second, and let me finish placing every article she had saved herself. from which reason she could not understand child meal to child meal I said 1 kinder cheeseburger meal w/ff and milk she could not wrap around me, say children until she corrected me and said they mean a child meal .omgoodness, really? they also do not offer milk even if they go online to place a order milk. I asked for no wobble no spicy on the chicken sandwich and repeated this question 4 times and safe enough, came to home and there are wobble and spicy. great. job. Maybe she would have listened to me instead of talking about me as if my order had been right. she was also not a teenager or young person, she was a woman with the 30-40s, so she should know better. it's sad if they're a business as old as bruchi and employees can ruin it for them and now what was good. the young man at the bank was very friendly and delightful. he was attentive and efficient. he's a good man for business. about eating. I will be sold on the french. so good. best cheeseburger I had since the move into almost food. I could stand for all that money and appetit on mcds and the rest when I could enjoy bruchis delicious little burgers with knitterfries. the chicken primavera was a chaos and, 2! small broccoli folorets and maybe 5 chopped pieces of zucchini and of course the thorns that were not added 4 x. most was the meat at one end and the goat of the cheese. I haven't seen a paprika. as she did not listen, she probably said to keep the paprika. so irritating. tuna sandwich was tasteless. fry sauce was delicious. I'm going back. that jr. cheeseburger and these knitterfries should put up with them. will not order anything else on the menu, although this is too bad, but I like and appreciate the food I have ordered as I have demanded (after all that I pay for it) and I like and appreciate that eating is prepared in a clean order, not a mess that falls off the broth because it is so much goo and slop together. I do not appreciate that products are offered, but not like the milk offered. had to go to mcds to get a milk. children don't drink milk anymore? I do. finally, pay by cash. otherwise they are placed at the place to pay a 15/20/25% tip, which they conveniently add a 15% to their register card. I pay a tip to the author who got my order wrong and was rude and impatient. Now I can say I was at bruchi. most people can't believe me when they're in demand and I say I've never been to one. it is a scandal for me if a subshop has only one burger and ff as its shiny glory.

First time eating there and had a sub and fries and sweet tea . The food was excellent . Will definitely dine there again

Bruchi’s has great food, friendly service, and FRY SAUCE!! This a a brand new building, just down the street from their old location. Absolutely beautiful! Same great food!

Got home and realized my order was completely wrong from what I actually had ordered so icalled them and told them about their mistake which then they refused to refund my card and expected me to drive 20 min back to return the wrong sandwich meals i had received.
