Black Rock Coffee - Feedback

I used to love this place when it was Roasters, but now that it's Black Rock, all my favorite drinks taste terrible. I'm not sure if it's the coffee itself or the additives they use, but it's just not good. I even asked someone else to try my drinks and they agreed. Not to mention, the prices have gone up. I make a point to grab a strong coffee every morning from this establishment. The staff is incredibly friendly, and even my dog, who is usually wary of strangers, loves everyone who works there. Additionally, the staff is so attentive that they remember my usual drink after a whole year of me coming in with my car.
